Jan 08, 2019· I found a new 10" 1800 rpm Baldor grinder at Rutland Tool (before MSC buyout). It did not start and was sold as is for 100 with no return. The circular tool trays were 10 each. Within a few minutes I discovered that one of the wheel covers had a problem. The hole for the motor shaft was not centered, so there was friction. I used a drum sander.
